today was the most beautiful day i have ever seen in utah. cloudless skies and 72 degrees. sunshine and birds chirping and all that jazz. couldn't be happier about it. david played his championship intramural football game today and i went to watch and bask in the sunshine. unfortunately, they lost 15-8 but it's okay. i keep telling him it's "just a game" and the point is to have fun playing, but he takes it very seriously. it's just how he's wired, he is a man. after david lost, we went to watch my roommate whitney's soccer game and they ended up losing too. maybe david brought his bad luck to her game.
but it's all good. the weather is perfect and i had yummy cpk red velvet cake tonight and my beautiful family comes to visit tomorrow!
