if i do not leave on wednesday, i might have to rethink my entire life.
i promise i'm not being melodramatic about this.
if my flight on wednesday is cancelled due to satan's volcano, then i won't be able to get a flight home until next monday.
which won't work for me considering i start spring semester in provo on tuesday, the 27th.
and if i don't do spring semester and begin taking my communications pre-reqs, then i won't be able to apply for my program.
and if i don't apply for my program, i can't be accepted into my program.
and if i'm not accepted into my program, i will never graduate college and i will never achieve my dream job.
and then my life will have a lesser meaning.
so please, pray for me.


since we are stranded on this island, i have been:
- spending a mildly obscene amount of money at cath kidston.
- eating at american establishments and pretending i am in the united states.
- sleeping for 12+ hours per night.
- ignoring the conflicts in my personal/dating life, which has resulted in the disintegration of my relationship.
- thinking of every possible way i can flee this country.
- skyping my mom.
- watching gossip girl season 1 on dvd.
