my sarah got married today. whitney and i went to the temple and greeted them when they came out. last week, when sarah went through the temple for the first time, whitney texted her and asked her how it was. she responded with a simple "there's no other way to do it." and it's true. eternal marriage is the only option for me.
the entire day i watched brock and sarah watch each other. and it might sound strange, but the love and the adoration they have for each other was written all over their faces. they are insanely in love and so happy. and i can't help but look forward to the day when i find that kind of happiness.

after the temple we met my mom and hunter at the veggie grill. it may have been our second time in two days. the chop chop chef salad may also be the most delicious salad i've ever had.
have i mentioned lately that i love my whitney? i'm so lucky to have a best friend.
after lunch we laid by the pool for a while and then got ready for the reception. marissa, kristi and chelsea joined whit and i and we drove through the ghetto to la verne. brock's home and the reception were beautiful. brock and sarah were beautiful. it was just an all around beautiful night.
after the reception we came home and ate a lot of fruit and whipped cream. i don't know what my deal is lately, but i seem to be addicted to cool whip and whipped cream. i eat it by itself. i know, it's gross.
but anyway, it's days like this when i'm happiest. days when i'm having fun with people i love.
have i also mentioned how much i love my girlfriends? this semester i've realized how essential having good girlfriends is. and i have some real good ones.
i'll say it yet again. i really am the luckiest girl in the world.
