oh, those were good times.
unfortunately my insomnia is still very much alive and continues to haunt me.
and so far i've tried benadryl, melatonin and even 5mg of ambien, but nothing has helped.
yes, you read that correctly, ambien isn't helping.
last night i laid in bed for 4 hours, exhausted as hell, but incapable of falling asleep.
i then watched three hours of dexter and somehow dozed off, half-heartedly, and when i woke up, my bed was a disaster.
i have always been a pretty still sleeper, i don't kick and i don't cuddle and i don't mess up the covers too much but this morning i woke up and both my fitted and flat sheet and mattress pad were half way off the bed, exposing bare mattress.
please tell me, how does someone do that in her sleep?
tonight i plan on taking a whopping 10mg of ambien and if that doesn't knock the insomnia out of me, off to dr. gomez i will go.
you know your heart hurts for real when it throbs 24/7, keeping you up in bed.
