i've started a rigorous stretching routine as of today.
twice a day, everyday.
in high school, i was the most limber little thing.
but these days, i seem to have lost my flexibility.
while kels and i snuck into whit's condo to watch the biggest loser,
i got on the floor and started my static stretches
and then when i got back to the apartment,
marissa and i lit a candle, turned off the lights, put ingrid michaelson's song "the chain" on repeat, and stretched for a solid half hour.
i already feel my muscles pulling and tomorrow, i am going to be so sore.
but in a week, i will be back to my bendy self.
and the pain will be all worth it.

mariss and i drove through my most fav coffee shop in provo, juice and jamba.
don't worry, i got a hot chocolate, not coffee.
but not just any type of hot chocolate.
a nonfat sugar free white hot chocolate.
it was so good that marissa could not believe it was sugar free.
nothing like a warm drink to warm your soul on a rainy day.

i never thought i would be one to say this,
but i love provo, utah.
i think it is a great place full of wonderful people.
shocking, i know.
but i've come a long way in my two and a half years post graduation.
i've realized that our experiences are truly so reliant on our attitudes.

and i'm so glad i've embraced this concept.
