i wandered into the guest bedroom today in search of a necklace i believed to be hidden somewhere there but was unfortunately unsuccessful in finding it.
funny how this house seems to eat things.
anyway, my disappointment was forgotten when i found this little gem on top of the chest of drawers.
i read the whole thing today and loved every word. every brutally honest and raw emotion, every vulnerable memory, every piece of charlie's soul.
in a way it kind of reminded me of a more intimate and haunting version of the beloved holden caulfield, with the same yearning to identify the source of his internal battle and the same fear of what the future holds.
i loved:
mmmm my friends. that is juicy. and that evokes human emotion. put down the us weekly, go to borders, pick up some literature and learn to appreciate the written word.
be human.
feel infinite.
