i don't have a lot of words for today, just because it was one of those peaceful days where everything is good and nice in the world. we woke up around eleven and caitlin and i went to starbucks for hot chocolate to try to suppress our coughing fits. i've been coughing this whole week, but i feel totally fine so i'm not too worried. anyway, after our drinks we all went to get tickets for phantom of the opera, because the show ends on the 26th of this month and tickets were selling out fast. we got super lost trying to find the theater, but it was okay because we are in london, and getting lost is not all that bad here. we found this amazing souvenir shop and spent a little while in there. remind me to go there the week before i come home. such fun things. the store had these two guys dressed up. one just sat in the window and blew me kisses and the other was for taking photos with. don't worry babe, i'm not running away with a brit. i love my men american.

after we got our tickets for monday, we got back on the tube and went to the london eye. it was another beautiful day outside and the weather was gorgeous. the london eye was incredible and we got there just as the sun was setting. it was pure magic, i tell you. after taking a thousand photos of london town, i just sat and thought about how blessed i am to be living here in this amazing city. seriously, so blessed. i love london.

(apparently my lens is kind of dirty...sorry about that)
audrey has this book of good restaurants and fun things to do in london, and so we tried this pizza place called pizza on the park. it was so delish. i ate the whole thing, naturally. i will forever trust audrey's book because of the huge success dinner was.
i am home now, in my bed, just finished skyping with david for a while. i have to prepare my lesson for sunday school tomorrow, but i've been procrastinating on forever21.com and facebook. why am i so obsessed with planning my summer wardrobe? oh yes, because i've been cold for the past 5 months and have been wearing boots everyday since september. time for a change in the weather, mother nature.
please wish me luck tomorrow. first time teaching a lesson...ever.
